The fee for return Shipping & Handling is $20. Please be aware that we only repair within the domestic United States.

If we cannot repair a unit, you will be contacted.

  • If you want the unit back, the bench fee is $65 plus shipping & handling.

  • If you do not want your equipment returned to you, we will recycle it free of charge.

Additional fees apply to the following repairs:

  • Screen Replacement - starting at $150 and up depending on unit

  • Button Repair and/or Replacement - $50 add on all units

 

Normal payment will be made through PayPal ®.

Units will be returned to the customer after payment is received.

Turnaround Time

Repairs average 5-10 business days after we receive the unit. Time may vary depending on component availability.
