Shipping Instructions

When shipping to Clear-Cast Marine, please follow the instructions below:

Retain Tracking Information

Please keep your tracking information for updates on the delivery status. Ship your unit in a box that you do not intend to keep, as we do not return the original packaging. Be sure to package your unit with extra padding to protect the screen during transit; we may not have screen replacements in stock.

Please note, we are currently only repairing within the domestic United States.

Turnaround Time

The approximate turnaround time is 5-10 business days starting from the date we receive your unit. You will receive an email confirmation when your unit has been received. After the repair is completed, you will receive another email with next steps.

Return Shipment Tracking

You will be emailed the return shipment tracking information for your records once the unit is shipped back to you.
